[Netlify.ai](https://netlify.ai) is our product entry point purely for agents, helping them on-board, getting access and context on how to build with our product. An agent can use netlify.ai to learn how Netlify works, get the right context, and start building or deploying a web app with fewer setup steps. I wrote my essay on [**AX and Why Agent Experience Matters**](https://biilmann.blog/articles/introducing-ax/) back in January 2025 at a time where most people still associated AI with chat bots. Today more and more companies are realizing that autonomous agents are going to be a whole new user base, and quite possibly their most important user base. Agent Experience, or AX, is the experience an AI agent has when it uses a product on behalf of a human. For Netlify, that means helping agents understand how to build, deploy, and ship with our platform. We’re starting to see the first products, like Agent Mail or Moltbook, built exclusively for agents, and forward looking companies are staffing up with AX teams or AX specialists. With [netlify.ai](https://netlify.ai) we’re building a dedicated on-boarding flow for agents with the goal of removing all friction to get a new autonomous agent building and deploying anything from simple websites to full stack apps and agents on the web.
