Team Member Limit FAQ

What’s changing?

Teams that use Netlify's Pro or Business plan can now have up to 6 team members. Pro or Business teams with 7 or more team members will need to upgrade to Enterprise to remain in compliance.

Who is/isn’t counted as a team member?

Team members include:

• Owners
• Collaborators
• Git Contributors

You can review your members in your admin console, under the Members top menu item. Visit our docs on Team member roles for more information.

Reviewers do not contribute to your team member total.

What happens to my account if I have exceeded my team member limit?

If your Pro or Business account exceeds the team member limit, you will be prompted to upgrade to Enterprise.

You can remove a member from your team by going to your admin console under the Members top menu item.

Will my Open Source or Agency account be affected?

Open Source accounts are excluded from the team member limit.

Agency accounts can reach out to their Partner Manager or email partnerteam@netlify.com to register with Netlify and become excluded from the team member limit.
